Return Policy

The goal at DownLow Chocolate is to completely satisfy all of our customers and work to guarantee that all products leave our facility in peak condition. However, due to perishability and food safety, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges of our items that are not damaged or defective. Should you happen to receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@downlow.co so we can find a proper resolution. Please provide a photo reference if you are able to do so. 

Once an order has been placed and processed by DownLow Chocolate, it may only be canceled with the consent of DownLow Chocolate. Items may be added to processed orders, but additional product and shipping charges will apply. If items are canceled from a processed order, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

We are not responsible for the following: delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control, incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the purchaser on the original web order.
